Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, vehicle make/model/year and the location you ask us to attend. Provided by you, when you call, message or submit a form.
• Interaction data from the call and WhatsApp buttons on this site: which button was pressed, on which page. We do not receive the content of your call or the contents of your phone.
• Analytics and advertising data collected by third-party cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and the referring source that brought you here.
• Service records: what work was done on your vehicle, when, and what it cost. Kept because warranty claims depend on it.

Why we collect it

• To reach you, quote the job and turn up at the right place — the primary reason any of it exists.
• To honour warranties, which requires a record of what was fitted and when.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can spend advertising budget on the ones that work.
• To meet legal, tax and insurance record-keeping obligations in the UAE.

Google Ads, remarketing and third-party advertising

We advertise using Google Ads and may use Google Analytics, the Google Ads conversion tag and Google Ads remarketing on this website.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to this website. That means you may see our advertisements on other websites and in Google Search after visiting this site.

Where remarketing audiences are used, they are based on behaviour on this site — for example, viewing a service page without making contact — and never on any sensitive category.

You can opt out of Google's use of cookies for personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics through the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and opt out of third-party vendor cookies through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Who we share data with

• Google, for analytics and advertising as described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button — that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one.
• Payment providers, where you pay by card or through a buy-now-pay-later provider, limited to what the transaction requires.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details, and we do not pass them to other garages, insurers or lead-generation businesses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not become a job are kept for 12 months. Service and warranty records are kept for 5 years from the date of work, because warranties and liability periods run beyond the job itself. Analytics data is retained according to the settings we configure in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@sayaraautoservices.ae and we will respond within 30 days. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised policy.
