Terms & Conditions
These terms govern work carried out by Sayara Auto Services and use of this website. Booking a job means accepting them.

Quotes and pricing
- This website does not publish prices. The binding price is the one quoted for your specific vehicle before work begins.
- Every quote includes VAT at the prevailing UAE rate.
- Where a fault cannot be priced without inspection, we say so and quote after inspecting. Where you accept the resulting repair, the inspection is not charged separately.
- If additional work is discovered once we have started, we stop and quote it before proceeding. You are never billed for work you did not approve.
Battery warranty
- Batteries we supply and fit carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated at the point of sale, up to 24 months, and we administer claims ourselves rather than referring you to a distributor.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defect and premature capacity loss under normal use. It is void where the battery has been physically damaged, opened, frozen, deep-discharged by a fault in the vehicle, or fitted to a vehicle other than the one recorded.
- A battery repeatedly flattened by a charging-system fault or a parasitic drain in the vehicle is not a warranty failure. We test for both before fitting precisely so this does not become a dispute afterwards.
- Warranty replacement is like-for-like. It does not extend to consequential losses such as taxi fares, missed appointments or towing arranged by anyone other than us.
Workmanship warranty
Labour on repairs we carry out is covered for 6 months from the date of work. If a fault we repaired recurs within that period and the cause is our workmanship, we put it right at no charge. It does not cover new faults, wear items, or work carried out by anyone else after ours.
Roadside, towing and recovery
- Roadside work is carried out in conditions we do not control. Where a location is unsafe — a live carriageway, an unstable surface, an unlit hard shoulder — we may decline to work there and recover the vehicle instead. That decision is final and is made for the safety of everyone present.
- Vehicles are recovered on a flatbed. Where a vehicle's condition, modification or ride height makes loading impossible without contact, we will tell you before loading and you decide whether to proceed.
- We are not liable for damage arising from a pre-existing defect, a previous repair, corrosion, or a modification we were not told about, where that damage would have occurred during any competent recovery.
- Personal property left in a recovered vehicle remains your responsibility. Please remove valuables before the vehicle is loaded.
Access and parking
For mobile work, you are responsible for ensuring we can lawfully and safely access the vehicle — permission to work in a private or building car park, and adequate space to open the bonnet and work around the car. Where access is refused on arrival by a building or authority, the call-out charge remains payable.
Parts
- We use new parts unless a reconditioned or used unit is specifically agreed with you in writing, which happens mainly for gearboxes and body panels.
- Replaced parts are shown to you and, on request, returned to you — except where a part is returned to a supplier under a warranty or surcharge arrangement, or where it is a lead-acid battery, which is legally required to go to a licensed recycler.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment is due on completion, by card, cash or an accepted buy-now-pay-later provider.
- You may cancel a booking at no charge before the technician is dispatched. Once dispatched, the call-out charge is payable whether or not work proceeds.
- Vehicles left at the workshop more than 14 days after completion and notification may incur reasonable storage charges.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in respect of any job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of earnings or costs incurred with third parties.
Website content
Diagnostic guidance on this website is general information about how faults usually present. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle and should not be relied on as one. Vehicle data, including make and model listings, is supplied by a third-party provider and may contain errors or omissions; we confirm fitment against your actual vehicle before fitting anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
