We do suspension alignment across the whole Mazda range, and we quote it per model rather than per brand, because a quote that covers every Mazda equally is a quote that is wrong for most of them.
Mazda is a Japanese make, and SkyActiv engines are sensitive to oil condition and to the correct grade; the wrong viscosity shows up as a rough idle before it shows up anywhere else. Every visit includes a battery health test — not a voltage reading, a load test — because a Mazda in Dubai is on a two-to-three year battery cycle and the cheapest time to find a failing one is while somebody is already looking at the car. On the start-stop models in this range that also means checking whether the battery has been registered, because an unregistered replacement is being charged to the wrong profile.
A car will not hold an alignment if the bushes, ball joints or top mounts holding the geometry are worn. Adjusting the angles on a car with a failed lower arm bush is money spent on something that will move again within a month. We check the hardware first and tell you if the alignment is not the actual job.
