Keeping a Japanese car's battery alive through a Dubai summer
Lexus cabins are heavily loaded with electronics that draw current parked, so a 12V battery here has a harder life than the mileage suggests. For the battery specifically: park in shade where you can, drive far enough to actually recharge rather than only starting the car, and have it load-tested before summer rather than after. A battery that reads 12.4 volts at rest can still fail its load test, and the load test is the one that predicts the morning it does not start.
