A Volvo 340 battery in Dubai is a two-to-three year part, not a five-year one, and knowing that is the difference between replacing it on a Tuesday afternoon and replacing it in a car park at midnight.
With a range ending in 1985, this is very likely a conventional car with no start-stop system, which means a good standard battery in the correct group size does the job. AGM would last longer but you would be paying for cycle life the car never uses.
These cars carry a lot of parked electrical load; a Volvo left standing for a fortnight is a realistic no-start. For the battery specifically: park in shade where you can, drive far enough to actually recharge rather than only starting the car, and have it load-tested before summer rather than after. A battery that reads 12.4 volts at rest can still fail its load test, and the load test is the one that predicts the morning it does not start.
