We do car recovery across the whole Jetour range, and we quote it per model rather than per brand, because a quote that covers every Jetour equally is a quote that is wrong for most of them.
Every visit includes a battery health test — not a voltage reading, a load test — because a Jetour in Dubai is on a two-to-three year battery cycle and the cheapest time to find a failing one is while somebody is already looking at the car. On the start-stop models in this range that also means checking whether the battery has been registered, because an unregistered replacement is being charged to the wrong profile.
Most cars have exactly one or two rated recovery eyes, often stored with the jack and screwed into a threaded socket behind a bumper cover. Pulling on a suspension arm, a subframe lip or a tie-down hook because it was convenient bends things that then cost more than the recovery did. The eye exists for a reason.
In Dubai, do not move the vehicles until the police have attended unless they are creating a hazard, and get the police report before the car goes anywhere. Insurers ask for it and the recovery is easier to claim when the paperwork already exists. We coordinate with the report rather than around it.
