Scratch Repair is quoted after inspection rather than from a price list. What moves the number is the car, the parts it takes and whether anything else has to come off to reach the job — not the workshop's postcode.
Prices for a scratch repair in Dubai are quoted in a way that makes them hard to compare: one shop quotes parts only, another quotes labour separately, a third quotes a figure that turns into a different figure once the car is on the lift. This is what the job actually costs and what a quote should contain.
Parts, labour, VAT, disposal of whatever came off the car, and the test that proves the fault was what somebody said it was. A quote missing any of those is not cheaper — it is incomplete, and the difference shows up at the counter. Ours is one number given before the work starts and it does not move afterwards.
The parts your specific car takes, whether they are genuine, OEM-equivalent or aftermarket, and the labour time the job needs on that model. Doing it at your car rather than in a workshop does not add to it — the van is how we work, not a premium service.
Machine polishing removes microns of clear every time. A panel that has been aggressively polished several times has very little left, and once it is gone the base coat is exposed and the panel needs a full refinish. Repeated cheap polishing is not free — it spends a finite resource.
A quote well under everyone else's is usually missing something: the diagnostic that would have found the real fault, a part that is not what it says it is, or a second visit that has already been priced in by whoever gave it. Ask what happens if the fault is still there afterwards — the answer tells you what you are buying.

A polish-out on one panel is the low end. A fill-and-blend repair costs more but still far less than a full panel respray. We quote after seeing the depth.
