What Is 24/7 Roadside Assistance?

Battery, fuel, lockout, tyre and jump start help at any hour. In practice it means jump start and on-the-spot battery replacement, plus the checks that confirm the fault was what it looked like.

Most roadside calls are one of five things: a flat battery, a flat tyre, an empty tank, keys locked in, or an overheat. All five are fixable at the roadside by someone with the right van, and none of them need a tow. We dispatch 24 hours a day and we tell you on the phone what we think it is and what it will cost before we set off.

What to do the moment the car stops

Get the car as far off the carriageway as it will roll, hazards on, everyone out and behind the barrier — not sitting in the car on the hard shoulder, which is where people get hit. Warning triangle well back if you have one. Then call. In summer, being out of the car and in shade matters within minutes, not hours.

Why summer breakdowns cluster

Battery failure, cooling system failure and tyre blowouts all spike in July and August for the same underlying reason: heat. Batteries lose electrolyte and fail on the first cool morning after a hot summer; cooling systems fail when the margin is smallest; underinflated tyres overheat on 60-degree tarmac. Every one is preventable with a check before summer starts.

Why it matters more here

Dubai compresses every wear cycle a car has. Ambient heat, fine airborne sand and the stop-start driving that most local mileage is made of mean components reach a given wear state at a lower odometer reading than the manufacturer's schedule assumes. Service intervals written for temperate climates are optimistic here, and this job is one of the places that shows.

How to tell it was done properly

You should be shown the old part, told what the test read before and after, and given the price you were quoted rather than a revised one. Those three are cheap for an honest workshop to provide and awkward for a dishonest one, which is exactly why they are worth asking for.

What the job includes

  • Jump start and on-the-spot battery replacement
  • Flat tyre change or repair, wherever the car is
  • Emergency fuel delivery and lockout assistance
  • Overheat diagnosis, coolant top-up and onward recovery if needed

Questions we get asked

Are you really available 24 hours?

Yes, including Fridays and public holidays. Nights are quieter, so response times are usually faster.

What is the fastest way to get help?

Call rather than message, and know your location — a landmark, an exit number or a dropped WhatsApp pin. Location is nearly always what determines the arrival time.

Do you charge a call-out fee if you cannot fix it?

We tell you the call-out charge before dispatching, and if we recover the car instead, the call-out is credited against the recovery.

Think your car needs it?

Call, or send your location on WhatsApp. We will tell you the price before we set off.
