Every visit includes a battery health test — not a voltage reading, a load test — because a Audi in Dubai is on a two-to-three year battery cycle and the cheapest time to find a failing one is while somebody is already looking at the car. On the start-stop models in this range that also means checking whether the battery has been registered, because an unregistered replacement is being charged to the wrong profile.

Yes for most of the checks. A full underbody and chassis inspection needs a lift, so if the seller will release the car for an hour we would rather do it properly at the workshop.
