The Cefiro is a saloon, which usually means a mid-size battery in an accessible bonnet position. That is not a detail — battery choice is driven as much by physical size, hold-down type and parked current draw as it is by cranking amps, and getting one of the three wrong is how a correctly-specified battery ends up failing early.

We test all three at the roadside before fitting anything, because replacing a healthy battery on a Nissan Cefiro with a failing alternator leaves you exactly where you started, two days later.
With a range ending in 2003, this is very likely a conventional car with no start-stop system, which means a good standard battery in the correct group size does the job. AGM would last longer but you would be paying for cycle life the car never uses.
