Every visit includes a battery health test — not a voltage reading, a load test — because a Tesla in Dubai is on a two-to-three year battery cycle and the cheapest time to find a failing one is while somebody is already looking at the car. We also check charging voltage, because a battery that keeps going flat is usually an alternator story.
Modern synthetic oil is chemically capable of the interval printed in the handbook. What shortens it here is the combination of sustained high ambient temperature, idling in traffic with the AC on full, and fine airborne dust reaching the sump past a filter that is overdue. Fifteen to twenty percent earlier than the book figure is a sensible allowance.
For most cars on fully synthetic oil, every 8,000 to 10,000 km or every six months, whichever comes first — earlier than the handbook figure because of the heat and the dust.

If the manufacturer specified it, yes. Even where semi-synthetic is permitted, fully synthetic holds up better against Dubai's ambient temperatures and is worth the small difference in price.
