Every visit includes a battery health test — not a voltage reading, a load test — because a Kia in Dubai is on a two-to-three year battery cycle and the cheapest time to find a failing one is while somebody is already looking at the car. On the start-stop models in this range that also means checking whether the battery has been registered, because an unregistered replacement is being charged to the wrong profile.
Modern synthetic oil is chemically capable of the interval printed in the handbook. What shortens it here is the combination of sustained high ambient temperature, idling in traffic with the AC on full, and fine airborne dust reaching the sump past a filter that is overdue. Fifteen to twenty percent earlier than the book figure is a sensible allowance.

If the manufacturer specified it, yes. Even where semi-synthetic is permitted, fully synthetic holds up better against Dubai's ambient temperatures and is worth the small difference in price.
