A Mazda CX-60 battery in Dubai is a two-to-three year part, not a five-year one, and knowing that is the difference between replacing it on a Tuesday afternoon and replacing it in a car park at midnight.
One loud click with bright dashboard lights is the starter. Rapid clicking with dimming lights is the battery or a corroded terminal. Starting fine and then dying while driving is the alternator. Model years from roughly 2014 onward are likely to have a start-stop system, and a start-stop car cycles its battery hundreds of times more often than a conventional one. SkyActiv engines are sensitive to oil condition and to the correct grade; the wrong viscosity shows up as a rough idle before it shows up anywhere else. For the battery specifically: park in shade where you can, drive far enough to actually recharge rather than only starting the car, and have it load-tested before summer rather than after. A battery that reads 12.4 volts at rest can still fail its load test, and the load test is the one that predicts the morning it does not start.
The CX-60 is an SUV, so it carries a physically larger battery than a saloon of the same age and a heavier parked electrical load. That is not a detail — battery choice is driven as much by physical size, hold-down type and parked current draw as it is by cranking amps, and getting one of the three wrong is how a correctly-specified battery ends up failing early.
